INVESTMENT DUE DILIGENCE & ANALYSIS

Understanding the risks and opportunities of any investment is essential in realising the maximum potential that could arise and managing the downside exposure. 8cubed has worked with clients on numerous due diligence engagements encompassing commercial and operational assessments to identify strategies and opportunities to ensure value generation post investment.

Investments may be external injections of capital by Private Equity firms, corporate entities looking to acquire a business or alternatively, an internal capital investment by an organisation in itself in order to deliver against a growth strategy.

Managing the InnovationIntegration and Generation phases is often a full-time role in itself ... organisations who attempt to undertake this as part of business as usual often do not succeed. Establishing a dedicated Project Management Office (PMO) with skilled and experienced resources has been proven to be an essential element of a successful value generating growth strategy.

8cubed has real-world experience leading value generating projects.  This includes post-merger integration following an acquisition, development and implementation of a business transformation project, or managing the deal process through to an IPO.
